Passion for research on biodiversity so I have opportunity to explore many new areas in Vietnam. I have visited many beautiful landscapes and the picture of our nature. If someone asked me what is the most beautiful place, I would be proud and proud to answer that is my Vietnam. With over 15,000 species of flowering plants and over 2,200 species of animals, millions of insects. Vietnam has the coast of 3,260 km long excluding the islands climatic subregions. Vietnam deserves to be considered as one of the countries with biodiversity in the world. Currently many new species are being discovered, researched and published, that’s enough to show that the Vietnam is not only interested by Vietnamese people but also the whole world interested in our wildlife.

After 2 times changing planes from Hanoi on Singapore national airline (Singapore Air). We arrived at Airportvao International airport at 6:30am. This airport is located in the largest city of the Republic of South Africa – Johannesburg – Gauteng province, the smallest province of South Africa with area of 18.178km2 but is the most populated city in South Africa with a population of 11,191,700 people.
At the border gate in South Africa, an airport customs guy asked me many questions such as: “Why do you come to South Africa?, How long will you stay here? Who do you go with?”. In short, the questions seemed to be not very friendly when he looked at my passports. I was somewhat surprised by unfriendly attitude of the guy, I can guess from his eye. But after days discovering many things strange in the new South Africa, unfriendly eyes. I also politely answered that I came to South Africa through a program on rhinoceros conservation sponsored by Traffic and other organizations of South African. So he seemed happy and friendly.
South Africa, is a country located at the southern of the African continent. The country has borders with Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland, and surrounds the entire country of Lesotho. South Africa is a member of the British. Republic of South Africa. South Africa has a very different history from other countries in Africa, the result of early immigration from Europe and the important strategy of the Cape Sea Road. European arriving here shortly after Dutch East India Company established a garrison (later to become) Cape Town in 1652. The closure of the Suez Canal during the Six-Day War showed the importance of it. The country has advanced infrastructure is to bring abundant mineral resources and high-value access to Western markets, especially during the nineteenth century, when the fierce competition took place between rivals during the Cold War. South Africa is multi-ethnic country, with the white community, India, and Africa’s largest hybrid. Black people of South Africa, speaking nine languages officially recognized and many dialects, account for nearly 80% of the population.
Under the guidance of Dr Rynettn who is a member of Traffic South Africa, we get tickets to go to the airport in the province of KwaZulu-Natal Duban.
A beautiful South African friend Becky greeted us at the airport and introduced several features and schedule about 4 hours driving on a highway to reach the natural Reserve Nambiti. The car runs at the speed of 110km but I apparently still feels slow because infrastructure is very good. These overpass units are countless in South Africa. In here, motorists are on the right, while in Vietnam, in contrast to Vietnamese traffic laws … “hard to say”. Sometimes sitting in the front with Becky ran into the narrow road just like it is about to hit her . Drivers respect traffic laws and I do not see honk, gallop, dangerous overtaking, crossing red lights. We can stop at red lights in addition to respect traffic laws also show the human civilization …
Over a distance of 400km I did not detect any police hiding behind electricity poles to shoot speed or stop the cars to check vehicles’ license and vehicle registration, insurance ” nor did I see many traffic surveillance cameras except those interceptions… She said that traffic violations in South African were heavily fined and possibly prosecuted, no one wanted to be further blacklisted, and spend time in the interrogation room or work with the authorities. But according to my personal thinking, probably creating a personality, cultural life will be more important there than what Becky says. Then I found that The traffic police in South Africa lags far behind our police with barricades, shooting speed, continuous inspection of means of transport to “help” Vietnam’s traffic better and safer. Efforts full responsibility of his people that we believe that not all countries have.
